By law a scuba cylinder must be tested Hydrostatically every five years in order to be used and filled. We cannot guarantee that a tank will pass hydrostatic testing. The cost of this test applies whether the tank passes or not.

Scuba cylinders must be visually inspected every year to stay in service. This inspection includes inspection of the outside of the tank, the inside of the tank, tank threads and replacement of tank neck O-ring. The service does not include rebuilding the tank valve. That is an additional cost.
